You guys, I’ve recently begun making homemade granola. Life. Changing. It is so delicious and oh so easy. Seriously, easy is an understatement. Did I mention easy? I’m not one to cook or bake much, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend this if it wasn’t so damn simple! This recipe includes pretty much everything I could find in my pantry, hence the name “everything” granola. Of course you can add, subtract, or substitute from my recipe as you please. That’s the fun part, there really are no rules when it comes to granola. I feel like I’ve always loved granola and cereals, but honestly it’s so hard to find one that meets my criteria. Low sugar, organic ingredients, great flavor, the whole nine. Now I simply whip this up and store it in jars for breakfasts or snacks throughout the week. I love adding this granola on top some greek yogurt with berries, smoothie bowls, or even just snacking on a handful.  

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats (I buy them in the bulk section)

1 cup almonds chopped

⅓ cup raisins

½ cup raw green pumpkin seeds (pepitas) 

⅓ cup sunflower seeds

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla

½ cup maple syrup

⅓ cup olive oil

1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt  

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl. Then add maple syrup and olive oil. Mix well with your hands to coat all ingredients. Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet and spread an even layer. Bake at 300 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Allow to completely cool on baking sheet. Break into pieces with a spatula or using hands. Store in glass container for 1-2 weeks and enjoy!
